A personal project for some of my closest friends as a memento from a summer trip to New York City. I captured the trip on film, and used those photos and some that my friends took to create a book about the trip. The final product was seven hardcover books with a soft spine. I made them a small size to replicate the feeling of holding a pocket size travel guide. The endsheets are cut from vintage maps of the city, and the title is foil stamped on the cover with handset letterpress type.
